Welcome to
Dadamom!These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and platform (“Dadamom”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using Dadamom, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, technologies, or legal requirements. We’ll notify you via email or in-app notice before major updates take effect.
1. Who We AreDadamom is a family-tech platform developed by
Parent Platforms LLP, registered in
Kazakhstan (Almaty, Seyfullina 533, 70).
We help parents navigate modern family life by providing digital tools, trusted information, and community connections — including
Parent Places and other services designed to simplify parenting.
2. Who Can Use Dadamom• You must be
at least 13 years old (U.S.) or
16 years old (Kazakhstan) to create an account.
• Dadamom is designed for
parents and caregivers, not for direct use by children.
• To access personalized features, you’ll need to
register with a valid email or authentication method (e.g., Google, Apple ID).
3. How You Can Use DadamomYou may use Dadamom to:
• Discover and review
family-friendly locations in
Parent Places.
• Access
expert content,
personalized recommendations, and
AI-based insights.
• Connect with other parents, participate in communities, and save family milestones or health data.
You may
not:
• Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app or its content.
• Use Dadamom for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Post false, misleading, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
4. Your ContentWhen you post, review, comment, or share on Dadamom, you keep ownership of your content but grant us a
worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share it within Dadamom and its partner integrations (for example, showing reviews on Parent Places).
You’re responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, respectful, and lawful. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or community standards.
5. Our Content and TechnologyAll content, designs, code, and branding in Dadamom — including AI systems, interface, and “Dadamom Score” indicators — belong to
Parent Platforms LLP or our licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app
for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Partner Ecosystem and Third-Party ServicesDadamom collaborates with trusted
partners, including:

Family-friendly businesses and venues featured in Parent Places;
•
Public and private service providers, including government programs and insurers, integrated to improve family access;
•
Technology and analytics partners supporting maps, payments, and personalization.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content or policies. Each partner or link you interact with is governed by its own
terms and privacy policy.
7. AI Features and RecommendationsSome Dadamom features use
artificial intelligence (AI) to personalize content and recommendations.
AI-based suggestions are designed to assist — not replace — your own judgment. We strive for accuracy, but outcomes or recommendations are provided “as is.”
8. Privacy and Data ProtectionYour use of Dadamom is governed by our
Privacy Policy and
Cookie Policy.
They explain how we collect, store, and protect your information, in compliance with
Kazakhstan’s data protection laws and
U.S. standards (including CCPA).
9. Limitation of LiabilityDadamom is provided
“as is”, without warranties of any kind.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure reliability, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law,
Parent Platforms LLP and its affiliates are
not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or missed opportunities) resulting from use of the platform.
In Kazakhstan, this aligns with consumer protection laws; in the U.S., limitations apply per applicable state law.
10. Termination and Account DeletionYou can delete your Dadamom account anytime through your settings.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the app, or for legal or operational reasons (with notice where required).
After termination, your data will be handled per our
Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution• For
Kazakhstan users: Governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan; disputes handled in the courts of
Almaty.
• For
U.S. users: Governed by the laws of the
State of California, with disputes resolved in California courts.
12. Changes to These TermsWe may modify these Terms to reflect updates to our services or laws.
We’ll provide reasonable notice before significant changes take effect.
Continuing to use Dadamom after changes means you accept the new Terms.
