When you use Dadamom, you trust us with your personal data. We’re committed to keeping that trust. That starts with helping you understand our privacy practices.

Dadamom is built for families, which means it handles information about children and, if you choose to enter it, health information. Those are the most sensitive categories of data there are, and we treat them that way.

1. Who we are

Dadamom (“Dadamom,” “we,” “us”) provides a parenting platform that helps you discover family-friendly places, connect with parents nearby, keep family records, and access support programs. DADAMOM is a trademark of Petr Galochkin. You can reach us at hello@dadamom.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information you give us: name, email, phone, city, password.
  • Family and child profiles you create: children's first names or nicknames, ages, interests, skills, milestones, and any health or vaccination details you choose to enter in the Records.
  • Location, when you enable it, to power Parents Nearby matching, to show places close to you, and nearby public sector's channels.
  • Bookings and interactions with places and partners you contact or reserve through Dadamom.
  • Messages you send to other users or to us.
  • Usage and device data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address.
  • Payment data, handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

3. How we use information

  • To run the four modules: Social, Places, Records, and Access.
  • To match you with nearby parents, relevant family-friendly places, public sector.
  • To maintain your Records and show it back to you.
  • To provide the Dadamom AI parenting coach and Dadamom Access program information.
  • To keep the community safe: moderation, reviewing reports, and preventing abuse.
  • To improve the product, and to communicate with you about it.
  • To meet legal obligations.

4. Children's information

Dadamom is a service for parents and caregivers, who are adults. Information about a child is entered by a parent or guardian, who controls it. We do not knowingly let children under 13 create accounts, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us information without a parent's involvement, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Health information

If you use the Records to record health, vaccination, or milestone data, that information is stored for your own use. Dadamom is not a medical record system and is not a HIPAA-covered entity unless a specific agreement says otherwise. Nothing in the Records is shared with anyone unless you actively choose to share it.

6. How we share information

  • With places and partners you choose to book or contact, only what is needed to complete that request.
  • With government or public agencies through Dadamom Access, only at your direction, to help you apply for programs.
  • With service providers (hosting, analytics, payments, communications) under contract.
  • For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect safety.
  • In a business transfer, if Dadamom is involved in a merger or acquisition.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Location data

Proximity matching and nearby places rely on location. You control it in your device settings and can turn it off. When off, some features will be limited.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can manage cookies in your browser. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

9. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account, after which we remove or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it for legal reasons.

10. Your rights and choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information, and opt out of marketing messages. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EEA/UK), you may have additional rights. To exercise any of them, contact hello@dadamom.com.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International transfers

We may process information in countries other than yours, with safeguards required by law.

13. Changes

We will update this policy as the product grows and will note the effective date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to you.
