Prior to Dadamom, Peter founded Tips and Quality of Service (TAQS), a startup bringing digital tipping and personal feedback tools to the hospitality industry. Under his leadership, TAQS completed the Y Combinator Startup School Advisor Track in 2018. Earlier, Peter served as Business Development Director at Crystal Clear Company, a hospitality staffing partner, where he led corporate restructuring and go-to-market strategy and implemented an automation initiative that helped double annual revenue in just one year. Peter has worked as an independent business consultant and as an investor in the stock and currency markets. In 2014, during a public-sector internship, he helped launch the Innovation Map, a digital database of innovation infrastructure.

Peter received a B.Sc. in Economics and a Master in Management. He also studied International Business as an Erasmus+ Scholar in Belgium.

Before joining Dadamom, Vilena managed regional operations at her family’s manufacturing business, where she also advised on its transformation into a modern company — updating production standards, product design, and brand presentation. Earlier in her career, Vilena worked as a trade representative for a multinational company, where she developed a strong interest in process management, operational efficiency, and quality standards.

Vilena holds a B.A. in Management and completed a post-graduate program in Graphic Design and Communications.
