1. Agreement
These Terms are between you and Dadamom. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Dadamom.
2. Who can use Dadamom
You must be at least 18 and a parent, guardian, or caregiver. You are responsible for any child information you enter and confirm you have the right to enter it.
3. Your account
Keep your login secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. What Dadamom is
Dadamom connects parents, family-friendly places, family records, and support programs. Some features may be in preview, waitlist, or limited release, and may change or end. We may update or discontinue features at any time.
5. Connecting with other parents, and meetups
Dadamom helps you find other parents. It does not vet, endorse, or supervise any user, and it is not a party to any meetup, playdate, or arrangement you make. You interact with other people at your own risk. Please follow our Safety guidance. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your children at any meeting arranged through Dadamom.
6. Places and partners
Places, childcare providers, and other partners are independent businesses. Any booking, payment, or service is an agreement between you and that business. Dadamom is not responsible for their acts, omissions, pricing, availability, or the quality of their services. The Family-First pledge is a standard we ask partners to meet, not a guarantee of any outcome.
7. Family Registry
The Registry is a tool to organize information you enter. It is not a medical record and does not provide medical advice. Keep your own backup of anything important. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information stored in the Registry.
8. Dadamom AI
The AI coach offers general suggestions and information. It is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice, and can be wrong. For decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional.
9. Dadamom Access
Access helps you find and apply for public programs. We surface information and route requests. We do not determine your eligibility, guarantee any benefit, or act on behalf of any government agency.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Dadamom a limited license to host and display it so the service can work. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.
12. Intellectual property
Dadamom, its design, and its software are owned by us or our licensors. DADAMOM is a trademark of Petr Galochkin, registered with the USPTO. You may not use our marks without permission.
13. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any match, place, or program will meet your expectations.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dadamom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of other users, partners, or third parties.
15. Indemnification
You agree to cover claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
16. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or end access if you break these Terms or create risk for others.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.
If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States.
Dadamom may operate through affiliated entities in different jurisdictions, and certain services may be subject to additional local laws and regulations.
These Terms are currently governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Dadamom reserves the right to designate the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, as the governing law following the incorporation of its principal operating entity in Delaware.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will let you know. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

- Be truthful. Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you are.
- No harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or unsafe conduct toward any user or child.
- No spam, scraping, or attempts to break or misuse the service.
- Do not collect other users' information for purposes outside Dadamom.
